Please be advised that Cheltenham Parks and Recreation does not offer prorated fees. This established policy is documented in our seasonal program guides in the Cheltenham Update; we are sharing this announcement as a formal reminder to our community members.

Refund Requests - Friday, November 7, 2025

Effective December 1, 2025:
Refund requests in amounts less than $100 will be issued as a RecDesk credit.
Refund requests in amounts of $100 or greater may be issued either as a refund to the original method of payment, less any applicable service fees, or as a RecDesk credit.
