Programs

Register for the appropriate swimming lesson level based on the following:
• Level 1 – entering and exiting the water, submerging mouth, nose and eyes, blowing bubbles through the mouth and nose, bobbing in the water, front and back swimming using arms and legs.
• Level 2 – safe swimming habits, floating on back, retrieving objects from underwater, swimming on front and back.
• Level 3 – stroke development, front and back crawl, swimmer can manage some skills unsupported.
• Level 4/5 – stroke refinement, breaststroke and butterfly introduction, diving headfirst into the pool, develop strength and confidence.
